Whatever Happened To The War On Terror ?

Not news to me, but perhaps to some Americans:

"I find it absolutely astonishing that after three and a half hours of testimony (from Gen. Patreaus) that I can't recall anyone saying 'International War on Terrorism,'"

    It seems this administration in the past found the perfect ghost soldier to start wars. That ghost soldier could be found in any country this administration says which in turn says we can invade/bomb that country they're percieved to be in.
