Dearest Pearl Jammers:

I have a friend who is trying to stop smoking the ganja...after a couple of decades of usage...Has any one here abstained after such a long time of chronic? Does the body go through a physical withdrawl and what are the symptoms if any....

Thank you for allways being here for great fellowship and learning...

Peace.

    best advice: don't quit

second best advice: move away from everyone you know

realistic advice: cut back cut back cut back

I have about a half dozen friends who have hit 28-31yrs and just quit smoking because they just got older ... and NONE of them had any physical symtoms ...

i haven't had a puff in two months, just because i don't have access, and i feel just find.

Dr Drew (back in the Love Line days) always maintained that, while people usualy don't go under any physical withdrawal, that there ARE massive physiological \ neurochemical changes that take place in the brain over the 6 months following "withdrawal" from marijuana.

    ?
    helps
    ?

[sorry, a friend called. trying to type and talk, very hard]
If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?
