    melodious is not crazy...melodious sees more clearly from experience; and i can tell you that liberties that my peers and i have relished are long gone...

    Wonder who's going to enforce it. The majority of our forces are deployed.

    We've needed martial law in Baltimore city for over a decade now...house to house sweeps for illegal firearms and drugs.
