Great presentation when you have 20 free minutes. It's a presentation of the consumer cycle and was quite enlightening. It's worth your time I promise. It will make you think twice the next time you go shopping.

Nothing is built to last anymore, and this is by design. A perpetual treadmill of purchase...consume... purchase....repeat...

Big corporation is screwing everyone over as well the planet. The greedy , demented 1% that own practically everything. They are sick people.

Spending money is like voting! Spend wisely!

Thing is, though. People talk about this all the time. But not many take the time to do anything about it. For example, people at my school have been complaining for years that we trash the environment because nobody recycles. So this year, some friends and I worked our butts off to get recycling bins in the school. In can be done. So don't just sit around talking about it all the time. :)
It's okay, Pluto. I'm not a planet either.

A lot of us recycle, but as the presentation stated, it takes much more than that. We have to change our whole mindset. Especially us here in the USA. The whole process needs change. But it can start with the little things, like recycling and buying re-usable items, etc.
