How did this show come about? and were there tickets sold? I saw how small the place is, it couldn't fit more than a couple hundred people. Pretty interesting little set they payed too.

it was a show to promote indie record stores, only indie record store owners were invited to the show
50+ shows and lost count somewhere along the way

If I remember right, the owners were in town for a conference and this wasn't announced until basically that afternoon at the conference. Not a whole lot of people knew anything about it.

Since I just picked it up, I was wondering how rare it is?

They still practically give it away at the store. I bought it there for like $5 there not too long ago. Sure it's available via Internet as well.

Wasn't the convention to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Coalition of Independent Music Stores?

    I could be wrong.

its not a main release, you won't find it at large chains. But indie stores often carry it, saw it at one bout 3 minutes from my house, bought it.
My god its been so long, never dreamed we'd return.

I've seen it sold at Best Buy, priced as an import for $16.99 or so. Bought mine at the local indie store for about $10 less than that.
