Bring Back Sometimes in 08!!!

It's been a LONG time since this was played in the US. Twice in 07 in Europe...the absolute mess that was SF in 06, albeit hilarious. And once in 05, but that was Quebec. Plus, it only got played 4 times on the huge 03 tour. So come ON! I think it would be really great for the guys to get this back into the opening rotation.

    I say hell yeah! Sometimes and Can't Keep are two of my favorite openers and I would love for them to have more play time. I won't be attending any of the East Coast shows, but will be seeing Eddie twice in San Diego, and I bet he won't be playing either of these gems. =(

    I just feel like this is the time to do it. It's been so long, and I think Ed wants to redeem himself and really nail it a few times this tour. I think they'll look for something different other than Release or Severed Hand because those opened so many shows in 06.

    I saw Pearl Jam open with Sometimes in Toronto in 2000. It was a great way to start my first Pearl Jam concert.

    I saw them perform 'Sometimes' at Alpine in 03. It totally took me by surprise, but it was great.

    I'll now blow everyone's mind with an acoustic 'Sometimes' from the Bridge School Benefit in 1996. :)

    Got it last year in Dusseldorf. Great opening song.

    Got two "classic" openers last year in Dusseldorf and CPH.

    Now hoping for Release and Oceans!!

    i think sometimes and oceans are my two wishlist songs left. oh, and who you are, but i figure those two are more attainable. :)

    SOMETIMES as an opener!!!! This is chill inducing. I was listening to Jones Beach III the other day and this sounded so great- how I would love to hear this in 08!

    I feel like it's a song that alot of us forget about for whatever reason. It came up on my Itunes the other day, and it was a moment of "oh...yeah...that song! I love that song!" :)

    I just listened to that Bridge Version, and then a version from 07. They flew through it in 07. I find they do that with alot of songs now.
