Veggie Pride Parade, Greenwich Village, NYC May 18th, 12:00pm

Yeah, so I'm a vegan. I went vegan a while back for environmental reasons, so I'm going to this parade, it's in NYC May 18th (next weekend) and organization starts at 11:00am. Hope to see any of you close to the area there in your Pearl Jam gear chomping on some broccoli X-) It sounds like a pretty cool event, even if you're just interested in learning about vegetarianism or watching some crazy vegetable costumes.

    We need one of these in Seattle.

    We are supposed to be the second most veg friendly city in the US, after all.
