From what I've found, DTE, as well as the rest of the album, had Matt on the drums. The drums on DTE from this recording are unlike anything I've heard from Matt recently on this song, or any other. The first time I heard it, I could've sworn it was Jack. I think this is one of Matt's best drumming performances.

I do believe that Matt did play on ever track on LO2L. In my opinion he is a better drummer than the rest anyway.

Well...if you paid attention, you'd notice I said Live on Two Legs, not Yield.

You could've sworn it was Jack? How could that ever be mistaken? Was Matt not playing in rhythm?

Matt's drumming on LO2L was otherworldly. I like Jack but he CANNOT hold a candle to Matt.

It has nothing to do with ability. Jack's tendency was to use alot of bass drum. This recording has alot of bass drum in it, more than Matt usually uses. That's why I thought it was Jack. I agree though, Matt is a better overall drummer.

forget the drums. LO2L features a rare GOOD Evolution solo by Stone.

well on most live recordings, I hate it.

most of the time, he plays the solo slow, and rhythmically, like he does on the album. that's fine on the album because the song is at a much slower pace so it sounds good. but it's lightning fast live and deserves a fast solo like the one he provides on Live on Two Legs.

i just love live on two legs. i listen to a lot of music and i usually don't notice drumming. actually for a long time my favorite drummer was travis from blink 182. i'm obviously a connoisseur. all i can say is lo2l has such a raw feel for some reason. it's obviously my first pj live recording that i got and i love it. i love ed's vocal sound on it plus the wma tag on daughter plus DtE sounds especially hardcore but it always rocks.

I can understand you not noticing the drumming when he's your favorite. what are you a connoisseur of?
