YouTube - Democrats Obama & Clinton Don't Care About Sick People
Documents testimony at MA State House medical and marijuana decrim hearings from both family members and medical marijuana patients suffering from pain with HIV, AIDS, Hep C, Crohns Disease, Lupus, Spinal fusions, back pain, strokes, migraines and more.
Also features quotes from Massachusetts Governor, Deval Patrick.
Candidates for President and whether they support marijuana reform:
Democrats: Barack Obama (Endorsed by MA Governor Patrick) and Hillary Clinton do not. *Mike Gravel does.
Republicans: *Ron Paul does.
Music from Leon Rich "Sweet Mary".
A large number spoke in favor of medical marijuana and marijuana decrim, not one person testified against the bills.
NOT ONE!
Contact Governor Deval Patrick and ask him to support marijuana decrim.

medical marijuana is overrated, and overhyped. Give me a bottle of oxycontin or a duragesic patch anyday."It's all happening"0

You're probably joking but it's not funny when these people are friends. As the people in these videos are my friends.
And my gf, just lost a friend last week to oxycodone overdose due to they gave it to a reformed alcoholic that had chronic pain from an accident that took his foot. You know how that turned out. Not good.
Another friend with cancer and severe pain would rather have marijuana over oxycontin. She uses both but can't always get the marijuana. She's having trouble with the oxy, because despite the past death sentence, she beat the cancer after surgeries and many last days and now is hooked on oxy....http://mikecann.net

As someone who works in cancer research I fully support the medicinal use of marijuana.
Seeing patients struggle with pain, nausea, and hunger issues on a daily basis...it blows my mind that it isn't legal for them. We do get many patients in the clinic that do use it (non-legally) and they tolerate treatment, have fewer complaints related to side effects and are generally healthier and happier.
Anyways, I can go on and on.
It should be legal and it's a shame it's not. That said, I will not vote for Ron Paul for this one issue because there are far too many others that I don't agree with him on.0 -
There is a clip on youtube (I would post it, but I am at work and don't have access) of Barack Obama saying he supports reform in the drug laws in order to keep those that use out of jail. He believes that the laws are antiquated and out dated. I believe the clip was from 2004 though. I'm sorry, I can't post it, because I would if I could.0

and crap like that is why marijuana, medicinal or otherwise, should never, EVER be legalized.

This thread butresses my inclination to believe most hardcore Ron Paul supporters are pot heads."When all your friends and sedatives mean well but make it worse... better find yourself a place to level out."0
