Uh Oh... I ended up with 2 pairs for MSG 2

I knew this would happen.... the site kept crashing on me at checkout and logging me out after entering my credit info and hitting "send".

I checked my profile each time before going after another set of tickets, but I guess it went through one time that I didn't know about and it was delayed in showing up in my profile.

Anyone have this happen before?

I sent an email to the ten club to correct it so the tickets go back on sale ASAP.

    You're not even supposed to be able to get two pairs. I would doublecheck. If you did though, definitely get tenclub to release them considering they wouldn't let you pick up two sets of tickets on the day of the show anyway.

    Same thing happened to me. Call their hotline, explain the situation and they should be cool. They said they would void out one of the orders. I hope they do and dont cancel both orders...

    me and my friend are both in the 10c
    both trying to go to msg2, but planning on sharing only one pair
    we were both sitting next to each other trying to get a pair, and just when neither of us thought we could get through and get a pair, around 2:30 we both got through and both bought a pair without realizing that the other was buying one as well...so now we have an extra pair when we only wanted one

    would 10c refund that, or probably not?

    10c already cancelled my extra pair. They said on the phone that they do through and delete all the multiple orders.

    My friend who isn't on the board, got 3 pairs (six tickets) to MSG2. I don't know for sure, but once the dust settles either tomorrow or sometime soon, people will be able to get tickets once they fix this.

    All I Wanted Was 1 Pair, It Sounds Like Things Were Pretty messed Up, Hopefully The Extras Will Be Released For Other Fan Club Members Get A Change To Get 1 Pair
