It might help him attract woman over 40 which are polling really badly for him. But any gains he makes from them would be lost in other demos. Lots of people just don't like Hillary.

just a different pov than yours. doesn't make me crazy though.

and seeing mccain is gaining a lead, again why i say some rejoice too soon thinking obama is IN. it's what i HOPE for, but we still have a few months for it all to go to hell......

btw - solat13: while i am not OVER 40, but creeping up on 40....he's my guy, and i still think hillary is not a good choice for him. just sayin'.

and that last comment, is putting it mildly...there seems to be great hatred towards the clintons, and i never understood why. i truly appreciated bill as president, and i have admired hillary in the past. running for president and how it played out, dragged on, etc...i lost a lot of the respect i once held for her.
    Stay with me...
    Let's just breathe...

I am myself like you somehow

I wouldn't doubt that she is. That evil bitch will do ANYTHING to get into a position of power. Now...if it is true...Obama better watch his back to make sure he doesn't take a bullet.

Hillary isn't even on the short list, which is believed to be Biden, Kaine, Bayh and Sebelius at this point. I don't know why people talk about Hillary or Edwards or Richardson. I haven't read any analyst who thought they were on any short list in quite some time.

I'm sure Obama will annouce that during PJ's Vote for Change tour you've been talking about. Maybe Obama will be at the first show to announce it in person. What was the date on that one?

She helps the ticket, but hurts the cause. The "cause" is change from the previous administrations and Washington insiders. That also hurts Biden's chances and really helps a guy like Gov. Kaine

    exactly, well said.

based on your location and sig, I'm going to assume you are a big obama supporter. :) who would you like to see as VP?

Yeah. I guess you can say I'm a big Obama supporter. Worked with him when he was in the Illinois Senate, and have no doubt that he would be a great President.

I really think that it is going to be either Kaine, Bayh, or Biden. Each has a weekness. No one knows anything about Kaine, which makes a ticket of two candidates, no one really knows anything about. Bayh is just plain old boring. I don't think he could be the attack dog type VP candidate that Obama is needing. Biden has a lot of positives, but he is also a Washington insider has spent a lot of time there. He'd be a great Secretary of State, but having him on the ticket takes away from the theme of "change".

I would go with Biden though, and if not him---Kaine.

    :)
