Hey did anyone catch the Evo Morales interview on the Daily Show last night?

I have to give John Stewart alot of credit for his interviewing abilities. Being able to sneak in jokes in such a difficult situation (language wise) is extreamly dificult. In terms of what Evo is concearned I kind of got the impression his not your traditional leftist president i.e. Chavez and Castro. He seems very genuine in his intentions. But lets wait and see. Overall it was good tv.

My husband and I dvr the Daily Show so we catch everything the next day. When they were first bringing him on, we weren't sure why they had him as a guest because ususally the guest is there to promote something. But when he said something about fixing how our elections are rigged, we kind of figured that the Daily Show people may have wanted him just to promote his ideas and to show people that it is possible to make a change. Atleast that is what we got out of it. I felt kind of bad for Jon Stewert because I'm not sure all of his jokes, especially the subtle ones, made it across the table.
