What could Howard Dean be up to?

I just wanted to share what the pesident of the Democratic party has been up to in these past days. Mr. Dean was recently here in the island of enchantment Puert Rico making sure that the local party delegates have their stuff in order. I couldnt find an english version of the news story so ill do my best to translate the one in the like. please go to the link. the pictures are worth it!!

To sum it up here is what its all about

When Dean was asked by a local reporter the importance of Puerto Rcio in the primaries Dean said. " the 62 delegates that Puerto Rico has could be the deciding factor if the primary remains close." " Puerto Rico has more delegates than 27 other states and could play an important role in the primary."

I would just love for this to happen. To only think that the next president of the US would be chosen by their colony, hmm I mean territory.
