Help Me Out, Jammers (9/11-related)

I've been googling for about an hour now, and I've had no luck finding the answer to this (probably extremely) obscure question:

We all remember that on September 11th Peter Jennings made a statement about "Where is President Bush right now when his country needs him" (blah blah blah). But I remember at one point one of the major news agencies reported that the President was on a plane heading to a military base in Nebraska.

I remember that specifically, because I remember being shocked that a major news corporation would give away the whereabouts of our president when the nation was clearly under attack. (Say what you will about the First Amendment, but hello?)

Does anyone else remember this?

I hate to change the subject here but anyone who believes that the two towers where brought down by a controlled demolition are out of their fucking mind. Those photos look nothing like a controlled demolition.

As far as Jennings revealing the where abouts of the president, I would think that the information was reveeled to the press by the administration. Nebraska is a big ass state so I don't think his security was comprimised by stating that he was on his way there. Had the media released the exact location he was heading to would have been a different story.

you should know better than to call out a whole group of people (since a lot of people believe that) to be 'out of their fucking mind'. obviously, we're here to debate. everyone can learn something new. at first site, it is plausible to think the towers collapse was being facilitated by some other means. after careful study of the reports, one might come to their own conclusion.

No offense but they are out of their mind. Those images look absolutely nothing like a controlled demolition, nevermind the amount of time needed to prep a building a building of that size for a controlled collapse.

Yes, I remember that being said about him being in Nebraska. As was said before, I think the President's people would have leaked this out when they came to the conclusion that it was safe to do so.
