I prefer discs. I like to have a CD, and it's worth it to me to just pay more and get a CD I can quickly rip to MP3s, vs. having to convert a digital file to burn the cd, deal with art work etc.

I also will probably only buy the DC show that I was at (already pre-ordered it the day after the show) so maybe if you plan on buying a lot of them it would be better to save money and go the digital route.

I got the mp3s. I just got back from my four show trip where I spent a lot of money. it made better sense to get three shows for $30 than two for $34. besides, of the bootlegs of the 12 shows I went to prior to this tour, only four are the official discs anyway, the rest are mp3s burned to disc.

By the time you buy blanks(assuming that is what you do) and take the time to dl and burn to disc, or transfer to itunes, or whatever and all that crap that goes with it, it is cheaper to just buy the cds..... plus my time is VERY VALUABLE! :)

I bought discs because I was one of the people bitching in 2006 about the lack of disc option. I said I would support the band and buy bootlegs again if they released discs. They did, so I put my money where my mouth is and bought the discs.

    Thanks 10C!
