Law catches up with wife killers

Two high profile murders in Ireland made a significant jump today. In one, a husband was finally charged with killing his wife about two years ago in her own home.

In another, a man has been arrested for killing a woman who was just buried yesterday. He hasn't been named yet but I suspect it's going to turn out to be her husband - you can tell by the way the media go on about them, reporting how he was on his own at the funeral, sitting a few seats behind her family, refusing to comment, etc.

I just find it strange how there seems to be an epidemic of wife killers in Ireland these days. Rachel O'Reilly was the first two years ago, and Meg Walsh as far as I can tell is the fourth. These women all seem to be killed in their own home and I'm wondering is there some kind of club these men join or something?
