    I'm wondering if there is some Islamic Fundamentalist guy out there that scoures the Internet and located a picture of an American, holding up a picture of Usama Bin Laden with his teeth blackened out and posts that example on a message board of why America is evil and needs to be completely destroyed.
    I mean, it would provide a balance in the Universe, right?

    Freedom Of Speech includes verbal, written and artistic expressions which do not include physical assault or physical violence which physically injures or murders other living beings.

    The point of my point is this. One must accept that everyone has a right to express themselves (Freedom Of Speech). If one is routinely insulting and denigrading others, than one must accept it when others insult you. That's fair play and rational.

    One can't demand everyone else not insult them, but continue to insult others.

    One can't expect the world of non-mulsims to be ever so cautious and walk on egg shells regarding Muslims/Islam; yet expect the world to tolerate Muslims insults to everyone else.

    Their (Muslims) approach is to silence all criticism and insults to Islam/Muslims, while retaining Freedom of Speech for all Muslims. It is a very manipulative notion, on their part.

    Or in it's simplified version: "If you can't take it, don't dish it out"

    This is exactly why I find the situation so mind-boggling. One-sided approaches to freedom of speech cannot work, and basically, to be protected under free speech, you should at the very least accept its validity.
