Voter Turrnout

Now I have been hearing a lot that this was a election was huge for Voter Turnout but by looking at this its not that impressive. It does not look like this election beat 04 in the amount of Votes cast. Now, granted these are still early #'s and I am going off what I can get but this is what I found so far.


OBAMA: 63,042,806
MCCAIN: 55,821,650
Total - 118,864,456

Bush, Kerry
2004 - 122,294,978
Bush, Gore
2000 - 105,586,274
Clinton, Dole
1996 - 96,456,345
Clinton, Bush
1992 - 104,405,155

    Sorry, getting back late, it was the same place u pulled from but it was earlier today. They must be updating. Thats why I said I had early #'s.
