Earmarks

How many earmarks do you think are going to get slipped in on this bill? I just heard somewhere(CNN I think) that the Dems want to add an additional 56billion on to this rescue package(Obama is against it however).

    I would hope not. I would like to believe that our elected officials wouldn't take advantage of the situation, but I don't have much faith in them.

    I would like to think that as well, but I don't have much faith. They spend money like drunken sailors on leave for the weekend.
