What has Obama voted for??

I have been looking around and I can't seem to find a bill or anything that Obama voted for. Can someone post a link so I can see what he stands for. I don't mean a link to his site with what he says but something that he actually did. I am really trying to stack the big 3 side by side and get a broader picture.

    that might be hard....he's missed something like 40% of the votes in the senate

    i guess you could say he's for the patriot act, condi rice, funding the war....

    He is also for giving illegal aliens Social Security benefits even though the system is greatly strained. He also supports giving illegal aliens driver's licenses, because you know that will make them buy insurance and obey the law. :rolleyes:

    No I don't. I hate those that are illegal aliens though. That goes for all nationalities. So if I were you I'd bite your tongue about accusing someone that they are not.

    And I can tell illegals have made your life pretty hard. What with your multiple houses and such... I bet they took your job and kicked you out of your hospital right? Give me one real difference between by great grandparents that came through Ellis Island and the Mexicans you "don't" hate. It's the same, they have just as much right to come here as your ancestors did.

    I pay taxes. My tax money feeds, educates, and medicates those that are breaking the laws of this country by being here. That is enough for me. I feel the same about those locked up in prison, you know the murderers, rapists, drug dealers, white collar crooks. I just don't think they are going anywhere though.

    I feel the same about Iraq, how many missiles have I paid for? Since I pay taxes I can bitch about it and do other things about it as well.

    I thought I read somewhere were Iraq was already costing the average family over $30k. How has an Iraqi harmed you? I think most people here feel the same way about the waste of money, not to mention the lost lives. You see everyone has their gripes.

    Yep, they both have the right to come over here "legally". You don't understand that because mommy probably spanked you once and you hate authority.

    Those Europeans that came over here learned the language and assimilated. They did not become a drain on schools, forcing us to teach in separate languages. They didn't come here just to have their babies so they could become America's problem. I wonder what the percentage of drug runners and gang members are with illegal Mexican immigrants right now versus legal immigrants from Europe and Asia. Hmmn.....

    I'm sure there are some great illegal immigrants who are just outstanding people. But we have laws, and they should be followed. If you don't like the law, vote to change it. But for now, it is the law. Any excuses are just sour grapes. They need a revolution in their own country. Clean that up before coming over to America.

    Interesting you should mention that. Did you know that there are teachers who have been fired to make way for those who were bilingual? My hometown, a small town in Illinois, now asks for teachers who can speak Spanish. When I attended there were maybe six Hispanics in the school, now there are so many that don't speak English well they need a special teacher. There are also illegals going to school there.

    So now a teacher could either lose their job or not be hired because of illegal aliens.

    Even someone who is a Spanish speaker can be displaced many areas of the country if they are not dual-language certified. It's not necessarily because of illegals, though. It's because of the huge numbers of Spanish-speakers, who are a combination of legal and illegal.
