Government activating cellphone mics as surveillance

Great. Now it comes to light that the FBI (and any other government agency) can activate your cellphone's microphone remotely to listen in on non-phone conversations and anything going on around you. And they say it's legal.

    Oh you didn't hear. The 1st amendment is optional in the Bush Administration.
