i apologise to you for my use of the first person singular when representing the family and/or family business. polish families are close and there's usually a head of the family. i use first person singular as head of the family and head of the family businesses. i now understand this can cause confusion if you don't realize the family structure.
in short; if you are in the family's favor; you would come to me with a business proposition. if it fits within the family's mission; i will get you started in your business and hold a percentage. the position of head of the family is inherited down to the first born son.
what i noticed is that sometimes when i speak in the first person singular i am speaking for myself; other times i am speaking for hundreds ie: the family. i'm sorry if this caused any misunderstandings in my posts.
