    I'm surprised that McCain has any spokespeople left.

    They will pull this gut, they've pull Nicole Wallace for the Palin spending spree, that former HP CEO was pulled a while back. Dan Holtz-Eaton was sat down for a little while with the blackberry comment but is back out there.

    I just wish that they would sit down Tucker Bounds... that guy is a douchebucket.

    so, follow up ...

    someone in the McCain campaign leaked that indeed, it was Rev Wright ... but no one from the McCain campaign would come on CNN to discuss.

    So, CNN brought on some right wing conservative radio talk show host ... who was more than willing to take up the fight about Wright being an Anti-Semite.

    He took many words out of context and Sanchez (the CNN guy) held the guy to each instance, telling him how he's twisting the words, that, if people say they don't like the Israeli government, that doesn't mean they are Anti-Semites ... even stating "there are many Israelis, in Israel, that don't approve of the Israeli governement" ... but, this joker kept going ...

    Then Sanchez hit him with the knock out blow ...

    A statement by the Anti- Definmation League, form a Mynra Shinbaum, who states the ADL does not, and never has, considered Rev Wright an Anti-Semite ...

    Game, set and match.

    ... of course, the right wing loon stated "I dont' care what 'some group' said" ... yes, the ADL is only 'some group' when it comes to Jewish views towards anti-semites ... idiot.

    I cannot WAIT to post that WHOLE interview ...

    Rick Sanchez OWNED that guy ... you're radio host guy was totally misleading and completely wrong, and Sanchez called him out and made him look silly ... but hey, we'll post the WHOLE interview and watch it, and let everyone else decide. I'm with you on that.

    I believe that Sanchez was carefully parsing a spin argument. He interpreted all those quotes in the way he liked, with the exception of the ADL statement.

    And trying to say that "Isreals policies" are that drastic a departure from "Irealites" is pretty lame and weak.

    Comparing dictatorships policies to democratic societies policies is equally lame.

    And Obama has downplayed the factual evidence that he knew these folks pretty well.

    The ADL does not think Wright is anti-semetic, which is a fair point. I could argue about that quite well, like I'm sure the ADL doesn't at all worry about being called racists in terms of backlash.

    We could go right down the line on all these guys.

    I guess its a matter of two sides of the same coin.

    I'm going to go ahead and agree that to say Wright is anti-semetic is a reach. I haven't personally seen enough to suggest Wright is anti-semetic. I think to that point the posters here are correct.

    But to say these guys got "owned" is a bit of a reach i think.
    Especially when you take all of these "associations" in and look at the BIG PICTURE.

    Sanchez offered no rebuttal to the Hamas endorsement of Obama, and some pretty weak arguments to everything else outside of the ADL statement, in my view. so "owned" isn't quite right.

    This is ALL nonsense and just a smoke screen to keep the Jewish vote down especially in Florida. I work for a mega wealthy Jewish family and friends who have power and influence here in DC and Florida...Palm Beach.

    90% of them are all voting for Obama and most of them aren't bothered by Wright or Ayers. Most of all they voted for Bush in the last 2 elections so let this die cause most Jews that I know aren't bothered or influenced by none of this.

    This is all just a pain in the Tuchas-talk to deter Jewish votes.

    Okay, I live in Palm Beach too. I know lots of prominent jewish people and business people MYSELF, through my own business. I also know personally many jewish teachers. Many of my neighbors are jewish as well and we visit regularly.

    They would disagree with your power brokers.
    We can go back and forth on that.
