The criteria is obviously largely based on artists who:

    1) Lip Sync
    2) Read Lyrics off of a Teleprompter
    3) Play to backing tracks
    4) Have Back Up Dancers
    5) Have Pyro-Technics
    6) Change Outfits after every song

This writer obviously favors a "certain" type of music and outside of Elton John and Hedley (Good Lord) this person likely hasn't been to many rock'n'roll concerts.

    Whatever...Just another shitty list.

I've seen an AC/DC show and I just don't get the big deal...

    and yeah....Little Wayne.....seriously?
  • I just can't believe they said the words "Metallica" and "never the same show twice" in the same sentence. I made the mistake of seeing them back to back in the 90s. It was the EXACT same show, down to the banter...everything was scripted. That was the beginning of many years of losing respect for that band...

While it is debatable that Lil' Wayne has performed one of the top ten shows of all time (which I gather is what this list is trying to say?) there's no doubt that he is one of the best live performers going around. I'd probably say top 5 in the world... though some would even say top 3. He's a pretty amazing performer.

Celine Dion though? LOL! Who the hell chose her?

Oh and the other two which I really agree are top 10 material are Carrie Underwood and Elton John, both of which will blow you away! Usher is great but i dont know if he belongs top 10... he's probably only top 15-20 all time live performers in the world.
  • Usher isnt he the bloke who shows you to yours seat

The list is about live performance, not live music, lol. Garish dress and horrid music lead me to believe that the shows these people judge are fans of musicals, lol and that's what all the candidates on the list are, mini musicals,. So of course AC/DC would top the list they are the longest running mini musical that periodical tours, lol
