Seriously, was there ever an outcome to that leaked CIA agent identity ordeal? It's amazing how stories just fade away...

    Don't you know??! Bush doesn't want that sort of stuff in the news, he knows his "friend" is guilty, but the gov't controls the media, and if he wants attention off of the bad stuff, then so be it!

    Not to mention that when that does make it back in the news, Bush will come up with a new story/plan to veer atttention away from Rove/Libby once again. It happens all the time...

    The last I read Libby was trying to say that he needed a bunch of classified information that wouldn't be released to defend himself. I guess Fitz is saying that all that stuff is not needed. I think a ruling recently went Fitz's way on the matter, but Libby is still trying to shut it down by claiming he needs another classified document or something.

    Scooter Libby is a warmongering, neocon piece of shit. Just so everyone knows, Libby was the one who drew up the original presentation that Powell made to the UN. It was so flawed and so outrageous in its claims that even Powell said it was totally unacceptable. Not that that stopped Powell from using parts of it....from what I understand, certain parts were still used - you know, the not-so-obvious ridiculous claims.

    Now back to regularly scheduled programming.....
