And again, why couldn't he have thrown these songs into the setlists at the shows for us normal, non-celebrity folk?

I would have taken any OTHER song he played during the nights in Berk then those songs. I have heard them so many times blah, around the bend! parting ways! soon forget! I would much rather have those then, Small Town or Betterman.

this is probably the biggest stretch ever but when i saw this i had to look. Pearl Jam has only played one show on the 13th (clue posted before is 13, i don't know if its valid or anything) in New York. It was 7/13/1991 at the Marquee. Just a thought. If anyone can find out more that would be pretty sweet.
7/13/1991 was the best night EVER!
That was my very first PJ show

The VP of my department went to this show. ... lucky bastard! I contemplated stowing away in his car but I decided that might be a bit extreme. He said the show was great but he left a little early! what??
Yeah, because I know I'd hate missing a rarity like Small Town or Betterman...
Um...huh?
...
But.. I have NEVER heard either one of those songs without a backing band. I would have loved to hear either one of those songs... Ed and his guitar. Sort of like it was pretty cool to hear 'Porch'... with just Ed and his guitar.

Huh? ...why would you want to show him the message pit?
Why not be mediocre and be the best at it that you can be?

He is a great surfer, but a silly guy.
It's growing up just like me.
