I didn't get a poster, but passed by the booth on the way out.

It seemed to be going smoothly. The line was moving well and lots of smiles - I think people really appreciated not have to play "guard the poster" during the show.

    Nice job, 10C!

They did the same thing at The Vic and it went really smoothly

awesome, awesome, awesome. Very smooth in West Palm and Tampa.

    Thanks 10c!
  • they did it for both wpb and Tampa. There were a lot more merch booths at the Tampa show, so it went a LOT smoothe

They also sold posters outside the venue as well... I'm not sure if they're going to do it again.

I got there right as KOL was starting (7:45?) and both of the booths I went by were sold out of them.

Thanks for the info. I'm just curious. If I dont score posters at the shows, I can wait till 10c puts them on sale down the line. I'm sure the Klausen dates will go fast

outside the venue they started selling them at 5:00pm and I was delighted!
Got my wristband and the stress of getting in to run for a poster was gone!

Actually both days were a breeze with the posters, though WPB was probably more of a hassle to pick them up, only 2 girls given them out and 2 booth only so there was more people cramped up at the booths but it beats having to hold your poster all night!

    Hopefully Camden goes this smooth!

i thought the system was great... you needed about 10 minutes after the show to pick up the poster... people were great about it... no pushing/shoving... it was a great experience!

  • I'm glad you guys got your posters without any problem last night. I can only imagine how stressful it must be to make sure a poster stay in shape through entire concert.

Is there a link somewhere about this? I didn't know about wristbands for posters. If I can get there early, and get a wristband, then I won't have to worry about my niece not getting a poster.

I don't know if there is a link describing it but I think this is how it works. You go up to the stand, pay for the poster, get your wristband, go rock out, come back, pick up the poster, and go on your way. Apparently you're going to want to show up fairly early, as they seem to sell out pretty quickly.

Can someone arrive at 5pm, get a wristband, leave the venue, and then come back later for the show? Or, can you only get a wristband if you passed all the security, and your inside the venue?

Well, at the tampa show they had merchandise stands set up outside, before all of the security and such, so I'd assume that you wouldn't have any problem.

did you even get a poster at West Palm??

it didnt run smoothly at all.. fights were getting ready to erupt and the women (short ones) couldnt breathe the booth was so crowded...

fuck west palm merchandise booth and there employees... fuck em

If you pay for a poster at the beginning of a show you should have priority at the merch booths afterwards

    THIS WAS NOT THE CASE

the people who paid were in one corner of the booth in a mass crowd trying to fight there way through..

meanwhile the majority of attendants stayed at the sale part of the booths taking money and passing t-shirts out..

they had 2 people handing out posters which they had to cut your wrist band... and they would walk away to go help sell more stuff and than come back to give more posters..

it was a crock of shit!

all in all good show though :)

    awesome GODS DICE!

there were about over 150 people in a 10 by 10 area picking up posters..

my girl went to the bathroom... she thought i left her at the meeting spot because i was sandwiched in a crowd for 25 MINUTES

after a show that I drank at...smoked at.... was physically spent...

    SUCKED

bad system... pass the posters out in the open next time... not a fucking booth with teenagers using scissors

You can definitely get a wristband outside of the venue but, of course, only until they run out of those bad boys. That's what happened to me when I went to buy one at around 5:45, they were completely sold out. Thankfully the employee told me that they had more inside the stadium for sale so I lucked out and was able to pick one up as soon as the doors opened. There were a bunch of people ahead of me in line inside the venue but most of the people were just buying t-shirts. But once I got up to the counter I just asked for a poster, gave the guy $25 big ones, and the slapped a wristband on me and that's that. One of the quickest and easiest transactions that I've ever had.

West Palm's line was a little ridiculous but the Tampa one went smoothly. Too many people shoving their way to the front in WPB.
