I wonder if it's some sort of pay off to that ex-NFL player that just enlisted for what he called "following in Pat Tillman's footsteps".

  • political suicide...it backfired IMO.

    Omg...that was so uncomfortable.

I don't think these people can really step out of their shells. The level of their dishonesty and its consequences makes it hard for me to look at them as human beings, and when they try to act as if they are, seems very morbid.

I agree. And I don't think they should hold the Correspondents dinner during times of war. It pisses me off to see the architects of this quagmire making jokes and dancing around like a bunch of fools.

I was thinking about that the other day.... I wonder what his political beliefs actually are. Is he the kind of neocon that he acts like, or is he just a wizard with knowing what buttons to push and how to play each issue for political gain? I'd love to have a totally off the record chat with him.

  • How can Rove possibly act like this at a time when America's bravest and brightest young men and women are dying in an war perpetrated by lies and deception?
