...I think the American people just vote for the guy who will be least annoying to listen to for straight years. Washington can't solve any of our real problems nor can Messianic politicians.

his cabinet is full of the same douche-bags that have been behind the scenes for decades. The same people and the same think tanks! he is a lair just like the rest of them.that's what these scum do..they promise this and promise that and tell us all the things they will do differently, then they get elected and it's just more of the same bullshit and all the promises they made go unfulfilled!it's pretty easy to see through once you understand that both candidates are puppets to the SAME master.
I think maybe it is because, whether you like/admit it, several of the qualities Crazy Breed mentioned apply to Obama.
To me, it sounds like your bigger beef is with the structure of Washington. And I agree with the sentiment in general.

I see your point but you should at LEAST be voting AGAINST Palin. She is in a league of her own.
I believe that McCain has shifted to the right to get votes but if he was in office he would go back to being centrist. I'm still not voting for him, but I wasn't afraid of that ticket until he grabbed Palin.
Sure Obama might not tell the truth all of the time, but I truly believe that he will operate with reason and logic despite being surrounded by idiots. I could see McCain falling victim to more passion and political influence while making decisions.
