    I missed it, but I got the part about gay pride parades.

    The guy nailed it, we are beyond the point where we need gay carnivals where gay people bear their naked asses on the street and dress like freaks. If anything, it breeds more prejudice towards them, which may be the goal, sort of an in-your-face provocation to justify their complaints.
