The police always, for some reason or other, underestimate demo crowd numbers by at least half, while demonstration organisers tend to exaggerate them. Whatever the case, there were a lot of people on the streets, in Manchester, today.

    "Time To Go" is a broadbased campaign, calling for withdrawal of troops from Iraq, but they're also calling for Blair to go.
