I JUST WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT NEW JERSEY HISTORIC HOMES AND MOTELS WITHIN THE STATE ARE IN SERIOUS THREAT OF BECOMING EXTINCT.

IN CAPE MAY,NJ,NEW CONDOMINIUMS SELLING AT A VALUE OF $700,000
EACH HAVE BEEN TAKING THE PLACE OF HOMES BUILT FROM THE VICTORIAN ERA AND UPWARD.KEEPING THE HOUSES WHICH PREVIOUSLY EXISTED WOULD HAVE INCREASED THE ECONOMIC VALUE OF THE STATE,RATHER THAN REPLACING THEM WITH CONDOMINIUMS IN WHICH select OWNERS
CAN ONLY AFFORD TO BUY.BY TEARING DOWN THESE HISTORIC TREASURES,
THESE TOWNS WHICH PARTICIPATE IN THEIR DESTRUCTION HAVE HEEDED
THE GROWTH,EDUCATION, AND YOUTH OF OUR UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

IN THE TOWN OF SEASIDE HEIGHTS,NEW JERSEY,CONDOMINIUMS ARE PLANNED ON BEING PUT UPON FUNTOWN PIER-THEREFORE TAKING AWAY FROM THE FAMILY ELEMENT THAT MANY OF GENERATIONS SINCE THE 1920'S HAVE ENJOYED.TO REPLACE THIS HISTORIC AND CULTURAL PLACE WITH
A FORCED BUYOUT OF THIS PIER IS A SHEER CRIME IN ITSELF.PLEASE,IF YOU KNOW THE AREA AND WISH TO SEE THE PIER STILL EXIST,CONTACT THE MAYOR OF SEASIDE HEIGHTS,NJ,OR YOUR LOCAL SENATOR.

WE SHOULD BE CONSERVATIONISTS, AND SAVE OUR HISTORIC SITES.

THANK YOU.

and as a matter of fact, the famous Christian Admiral Hotel, which has been around since the post-victorian era,was abolished in 1995.
WE CANNOT LET OUR LANDMARKS AND HISTORICAL SHELTERS BE DESTROYED.
    BE AWARE OF YOUR STATES.

    THANK YOU.

Yep, I've seen the Christian Admiral hundreds of times. Quite a specticle but old, cool and historic. Some presidents stayed there.

They are knocking down everything on the southern Jersey shores. Some of the things have/had to go but all they put up are condos everywhere.

    Gentrification.

All the low income folks (because there are only "seasonal" jobs there) that live on the barrier islands are having to move inland and commute to their jobs.

At least they can't build a condo on The Atlantus, or as we call it: The Stone Ship.

If you keep yourself as the final arbiter you will be less susceptible to infection from cultural illusion.
