Another horrible video...and sadly this is pretty common. Not that intelligence matters, but to think pigs are being brutalized this way and they have been proven to be as intelligent or possibly more so than dogs.

Unless something has changed since this article, but why haven't these people been charged? The county and the company is "investigating"? You have a video of these people abusing animals, I understand investigating the scope of abuse, but for the people actually caught on tape, why not just charge them now?

A big problem is there are very little, and in most cases no laws to protect farm animals. Unfortunately these types of abuses are fairly common. Even outside of intentionally inflicting pain out of frustraion or for fun many farm techniques are extremely painful for animals. Tail docking, teeth cutting, branding, neutering, debeaking....all done without any painkiller or anesthetic.
