... they had come out at the beginning and said that the real reason they were invading iraq was to secure energy supplies. i'm not asking would you have approved of their actions.

    yes. it could have been evaluated in the public sphere and americans could honestly have decided if this was a path they felt was right to take. i think the answer also would have been a resounding no.

    if it hadn't fucked over our Constitution and Habeus Corpus. I would have more respect for the Bush administration if it hadn't made America look like a sinking ship of fools.

    And I most certainly would never have allowed the Bush administration to rape Iraq for oil, when our country could've found alternative means of energy through far more peaceful means.

    Please don't forget to also setup PERMANENT US Military Bases and a near 1 billion $$$ with a B US embassy in Iraq. Make torture ok....well I gather you know my answer will be a resounding NO!

    if you can't march on DC, at least put a sign on your car, or in your window, please!

    Some folks say that it took that man who drove up to a rally during Nam, took his baby daughter out of the back seat and left her on the street, and then set himself on fire, before people realized just how much suburbia was against the war.

    I hope we don't need to take it that far this time around.
