What offensive statements and t-shirts have been heard and seen at Obama rallies?

Obama in debate III said he felt justifiably upset when at mccain rallies supporters said "kill obama" and "terrorist" and that no one in mccain's campaign did anything to suggest those comments were out of line.
mccain responded that at obama rallies statements and comments had been made and shouted that made him uncomfortable, and he specifically mentioned that some "tshirts" were offensive.
what is he referring to? why didnt he specifically mention what was said at the rallies or what was on these shirts that was so offensive?

I'm pretty sure they read...
Sarah Palin is a c*nt.
is that seriously an actual shirt seen at an obama rally?
It is true.
It was picked up by ABC, Politico, etc...

It is. And while it's not as bad as "Kill him" and stuff, it's pretty lame. Obama would not have necessarily had the opportunity during his event to say anything (as he likely would not notice), he could have said something afterward about how "that's not what my campaign is about."

You are right. And I think that probably has something to do with why those people put C*nt on those shirts. From the book The Real McCain:
"At one point, Cindy playfully twirled McCain's hair and said, "You're getting a little thin up there." McCain's face reddened, and he responded, "At least I don't plaster on the makeup like a trollop, you cunt." McCain's excuse was that it had been a long day. If elected president of the United States, McCain would have many long days."
Come on man, seriously? Do you have to say crap like that?
Politico reports that they are Libertarians supporting Obama ... whatever ...
Free speech is one thing, but how anyone who is supposedly interested in politics thinks this HELPS the progression of this country is just plain stupid.
By the way, they are selling them too ... unreal.
"I don't believe in damn curses. Wake up the damn Bambino and have me face him. Maybe I'll drill him in the ass." --- Pedro Martinez
I always wonder why people who aren't libertarian like to call themselves Libertarians. A libertarian isn't going to support someone who calls for nationalized heathcare, who votes for the Patriot Act, who isn't opposed to wiretapping citizens, etc...
I agree with your other points.
I could call Sarah Palin a cunt here quite easily and most people wouldn't be too shocked. I won't though, I don't know her. I will say that she scares me though. Fucking NRA hunter-types should not be allowed anywhere near power.
It's the same as when non-straight ticket voters call themselves "independents".
