So...W and Putin met recently and the conversation turned to how to snuff out a dissident. Putin says...you know Georgie boy...over in Russian we just throw a little radioactive tonic in their mix drink...and BAM...a few days later...they're gonzo! George says...Vladimir..PLEASE...in America we have LAWS...what we do here is "leak" an undercover agents' name to the press...hoping someone ELSE will kill him!
The best part is some schlep is doing 2 yrs. PROBATION.....HAHAHAHA
you don't even have to worry about the bad press or doing any time yourself!

Its a sad day for the whole world when our leaders feel and act above the law(with NO repercussions) Huh?
