    I've heard that if Franken wins, he wants to be named to the Senate Agriculture subcommittee. Which also plays host to Pat Roberts (R-KS), who is widely regarded as the funniest and sharpest wit in Congress. This should be fun :)

    this race is fascinating. Election officials just discovered a typo, and have upped Franken's tally by 100, to a 236 vote deficit. The best part is, his opponent is calling on Franken to demand there be no recount. 2.9 million votes cast, a 236 vote difference, and this guy wants there to be no recount.

    I wonder if somehow, there's a change in the vote and he's then down by a few hundred votes, if he'll feel the same way ... I kind of hope it happens to see him squirm.
