They were pondering Guiliani and Clinton facing off,
but then Beck through out the comment "I think somebody like a RON PAUL could make a good third candidate!"
WOO HOO!

just after Glenn Beck mentioned Ron Paul in a seperate segment last night (see above), he went on to do a complete TEN MINUTE segment called "THE RON PAUL EFFECT" ...
it wasn't ALL good ... he did say the usual "ron paul supporters kind of scare me ... just a little ..."
... and he had some commentator lady who seemed like Ann Coulter Lite ... and they both sort of agreed that Ron Paul had a great message, but that his delivery was weak ... not that he was a poor speaker ... but that his stance was so meek that he risked being viewed as a sissy ... that he really had to go in and bust some balls ...
REPUBLICAN DEBATE TODAY!
That was the other thing they discussed.
ANOTHER REPUBLICAN DEBATE TODAY!
If I opened it now would you not understand?
The Debates are not aired live tonight, so these are post debate interviews, even though the airing is at 9pm!

Mr. Speaker, I rise to restore the right the founding fathers saw as the guarantee of every other right by introducing the Second Amendment Protection Act. This legislation reverses the steady erosion of the right to keep and bear arms by repealing unconstitutional laws that allow power-hungry federal bureaucrats to restrict the rights of law-abiding gun owners.
Specifically, my legislation repeals the five-day waiting period and the "instant" background check, which enables the federal government to compile a database of every gun owner in America. My legislation also repeals the misnamed ban on "semi-automatic" weapons, which bans entire class of firearms for no conceivable reason beside the desire of demagogic politicians to appear tough on crime. Finally, my bill amends the Gun Control Act of 1968 by deleting the "sporting purposes" test, which allows the Treasury Secretary to infringe on second amendment rights by classifying a firearm (handgun, rifle, shotgun) as a "destructive device" simply because the Secretary believes the gun to be "non-sporting."
Thomas Jefferson said "The constitutions of most of our States assert that all power is inherent in the people; ...that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed." Jefferson, and all of the Founders, would be horrified by the proliferation of unconstitutional legislation that prevents law-abiding Americans from exercising their right and duty to keep and bear arms. I hope my colleagues will join me in upholding the Founders' vision for a free society by cosponsoring the Second Amendment Restoration Act.
Dr. Ron Paul is a Republican member of Congress from Texas.

We got 69Charger on board, no shit !?!
I think Dr. Paul offers a "little" something for everyone.
Who doesn't want income tax completely abolished ?!!?
Who doesn't think it is our right to have guns?
Who doesn't think we need a smaller government?
A MUCH smaller government?
etc etc ...
I think the most telling thing during MSNBCs broadcast lastnight came at the very end of the post-debate interview with Ron Paul ...
Chris Matthews said
"Well, Congressman Paul, you sure seem to have the support of a LOT of Americans ... not necessarily Republicans, but the support of lots of independents and even many democrats ... in any event, you have the support of a LOT of Americans, and I dare not say I'm one of them."
What the FUCK do you think that means?
I interpret it to be "yeah, i really agree with you. The SYSTEM is fucked. We need to scrap it and try again on constitutional principles. HOWEVER, my job is paid for by the system, and if i came right out and supported you, i'd be fired quicker than if i came out gay in the military!"
I DARE not say i'm one of them!
Typical Americana these days.
Recognize the problem, identify the solution, STICK YOUR HEAD BACK IN THE SAND for fear of being ridiculed by your peers!

Fuck Yeah. People Have The Power!

"Who Is Ron Paul?"
If I opened it now would you not understand?
He is only a Republican in name , not in idealogy. His beliefs are more closely allied with Libertarians. In the past he ran for president on the Libertarian ticket, but in an interview he did on the Daily Show he stated that the only reason he is running as a Republican is because 3rd party candidates are shut out during presidential elections. They are excluded from national debates, excluded from ballots on many states. The majority of your time and effort is spent just trying to get on the ballot in all 50 states.
With that being said Republicans are not the bad guys. Democrats and Republicans are the bad guys. They both fucking blow.
this is the first i've heard from ron paul. he's got my vote now.
keep hillary out of the white house!
he's right. back in my day; we knew we had to cut our hair and attack from within.
I agree with him 100%. It is impossible for a 3rd party candidate to be heard in this country. The Reps and Dems have a monopoly over government.
i think the bush administrations push to privatize everything has been a great example of how flwed free market theory can be
Actually if you have ever heard him speak to some extent he is not proposing that everything be handled through free markets. He has stated on several occastions that such programs as Medicare, Mediaid, and Social Security would not be privitized simply because of the amount of trouble and work it would take would not be beneficial. He would look to ways to start rolling back these programs into some sort of privitization for future generations.
why, and how should we privatize those programs?
He's not saying that he definitely would. He is saying that he would look into it, if elected, and if it was beneficial would do so but would start rolling it out for later generations.
As for why. He, and many Libertarians, believe that it is unconstitutional to require that citizens be made to pay for other people's benefits.
i like this guy more and more. private industry can do more with less money than government can. government has people like us hanging over its head and that costs money. britney spears makes $780,000/month because of the poparatzi (sp?). in turn; that same kind of "stalking" costs the government money. private industry simply runs. government runs with people looking over their shoulders with everything being checked and double checked.
i remember the $800 hammer. the federal government should protect our borders and enforce federal law. anything they do after that just burns up money. private industry puts money in the hands of the public thus improving the economy. that's the way america used to work. the federal government has no business in my private life. let's return to those times.
With all due respect, it is you who are a bit full of shit.
I've actually posted 3 or 4 links to long (10min-1hr) discussions with Dr. Paul where he is quite articulate about it. In one he even goes so far as to admit that abolition of the Federal Reserve would be "problematic" but that we need to start thinking about what is more important, constitutional freedom or short term economic "gains".
And it IS a nice idea.
As far as Bush, i'm not sure as to what exactly he privatized that you are refering to, but if it's done under severe government regulation or in the confines of a false free market, then it doesn't really count.
Case in point, you say "it doesn't really work", but how the fuck would you know? The Federal Reserve VIOLATES THE ENTIRE PRINCIPAL OF A FREE MARKET. The most FUNDAMENTAL element of the market, the MONEY, is not FREE. It is owned by a private monopoly that gets to decide, autonomously with NO government oversight, how to inflate and deflate the currency.
ONCE MORE, I DUNNO IF YOU PEOPLE CAN READ THIS STUFF:
"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies . . . If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around [the banks] . . . will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered . . . The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." -- Thomas Jefferson -- The Debate Over The Recharter Of The Bank Bill, (1809)
FRANKLIN KNEW IT.
JEFFERSON KNEW IT.
JACKSON KNEW IT.
KENNEDY KNEW IT.
AND NOW RON PAUL KNOWS IT.
We will soon be bankrupt if this shit continues.
It is unconstitutional, it violates the ENTIRE premise of our countrys founding, and it is RAPING US OF OUR WEALTH.
The ALTERNATIVE IS TO GET RID OF IT.
DUH!
It won't be painless (but then has the last 100 years of depressions, and false collapses, and trillion dollar bail outs and 9 trillion dollar debts been "painless"?) but it IS easy.
JUST KILL THE FUCKING BANK!

RON PAUL IS A FIRST TIER CANDIDATE!

i know it too. i've been telling everyone to buy gold. that paper you call money is nothing but paper.
October 17, 2007
The other day, my old sparring partner in so many Congressional committee hearings, Alan Greenspan, was on the Fox Business Channel. After Alan promoted his new book, the reporter asked if we really needed a central bank. Greenspan looked stunned, and then said that was a good question; he actually talked about fiat money vs. a gold standard. Now, the ex-Fed chairman is not about to endorse our sound monetary policy, but you know our Revolution is working when such a question is asked in the mainstream media, and this powerful man gives such an answer.
You and I are reopening a whole host of questions that the establishment thought it had closed off forever: on war, on taxes and spending, on inflation and gold, and on the rule of law and our Constitution.
A few years ago, I asked a famous conservative columnist a question. What did he think about the prospects for a restored Robert Taft wing of the Republican party? He thought I was joking. As you know, I was not.
After all the aggressive wars, the assaults on our privacy and civil liberties, the oppressive taxation, and the crazed spending and deficits, I believe that many Republican voters are ready to return to our roots. And the big boys feel it too. It is no coincidence that the Republican National Committee invited me to a fundraising dinner involving only "top-tier candidates."
Some of the opposition claims that I am not a "real Republican," whereas I am the only one in the race. And our campaign is registering new Republican voters by the boatload. None of my opponents is doing anything approaching that.
Of course, they pooh-pooh our success. "He's just registering Democrats and Independents and people who have never voted before." Well, yes. It's called growth. We are laying the groundwork for the primaries.
All over America, our support is wide and deep and growing, and young people are joining like never before. After the Dearborn debate, I went to the University of Michigan for a rally. 2,000 students turned out, something that has happened to no other candidate this year.
The crowd cheered all our ideas, but especially our opposition to the Federal Reserve, and our support for real money of gold and silver, as the Constitution mandates, instead of prosperity-wrecking fiat money. American politics hasn't seen anything like this in many decades. It is truly revolutionary.
But time is getting short. We must do massive radio and TV advertising, open many small offices (three in just South Carolina the other day), staff them, pay all the bills, and turn out our vote with massive organizational and phone-bank efforts.
As you know, the blackout is ending; our campaign is starting to get mainstream media attention, thanks to growing donations and volunteers. And contributions are the key to more attention, and to our being able to do the actual work of victory. Good news: our recent green-eyeshade analysis of all the candidates' net finances, which got so much press attention, shows our campaign as one of only three in the top-tier.
But we must keep moving up, and the Iowa caucuses are now on January 3rd. The New Hampshire primary may be in early December!
As always, everything depends on you. Please, make the most generous donation you canhttps://www.ronpaul2008.com/donate/ as soon as you can. I need your help so badly.
The other day, an 8-year-old boy handed me a small white envelope. It contained the $4.00 he had saved from his allowance, as a donation to our campaign. I can't tell you how seriously I take my responsibility to work hard, and spend frugally and effectively, to be worthy of his support, and yours.
Please help me keep working, even harder and more effectively, for all we believe in. Without you, I'd have to pack it in. Donate now https://www.ronpaul2008.com/donate/ .We have more than an election to win. We have a country to save.
