Yeah.
Thats right.
Our standup defender of the people, our bought and paid for puppet dictator of "choice" - Musharraf - is telling America to stay the fuck away!
So.
This whole strategy,
where we get involved in foreign affairs beyond our constitutional constraints, where we subsidize a dictator and hope for good relations, where we invade with out true cause and incur blowback that affects our relations with many countries, and basicaly act like the arrogant misinformed superpower we have unfortunately grown to be ... this whole strategy is getting us nowhere fast.
what we need is to bring back in the overreaching arms of big government and CONSTRAIN it back to its constitutional limits.
I'm not talking about just some stupid philosophical adjustment ... i mean really doing it.
Stop undeclared wars.
Stop abusing our foreign relations management by bribing dictators, and stop agressively invading oil rich countries to procure oil which we just force ourselves to pay more for anyhow - both through the inflation needed to pay for the war, and again when the instability WE caused creates supply disruptions!
I'm not sure what considerations are even being made to "invade" Pakistan, but clearly the US has so badly damaged its foreign relations with such countries that we are no longer going to be received by any of them with anything other than handgrenades and IEDs.
