Typical First Show of a Tour?
so besides it being kick ass, how would you compare the first show of a tour to say, a show thats more in the middle of a tour? would you say the band isn't as "in sync" with each other as in later shows? or just the same?
I'm hoping that WPB is gonna be my first PJ show EVER, so I'm BEYOND excited to say the least.

Juli! I was about to ask if you're excited! this is what we were talking about like two years ago
Gotcha. I really don't care WHAT songs they play, it's not like I'm gonna be bored of hearing any songs since it's my first ever.

but at least they will be refreshed
Drop drop dropping it down...oh so gently...
Well here it comes...I touch the plane...
Turn me up...won't turn you away...
yea that's for sure. hopefully, they practice like crazy, so they're in top shape by the first show.

There are no bad shows...just variability I suppose...
A bit off topic, what are the nearest airports to WPB? I'm looking for something international so I wouldn't have to fly to Dallas first. Not that I'm going to go, but if I did, I'd like to have an idea at what I'd be looking at.
Cheers!

and i thought it was by far one of the best dates of the tour, so?
The energy from the CROWD on the first few dates is always pretty insane ... especialy if they "uLEASH" something rare, new, or currently out of rotation.
So?
But they ALL kick ass, generaly.
If I opened it now would you not understand?
Albany was the 3rd show on the North American leg of the WorldWide06 tour

Thanks... I think I'm gonna need to break out a map and see what's what. Of course, there's no way I should even be considering this, but...

So you're saying the first few shows on any given leg doesn't qualify as being "first few"?
Disagree.
If I opened it now would you not understand?
perhaps i misunderstood your previous post, but when i read "Well, Albany was the second show in '06" i took that literally, and, well, it's literally not correct if you're speaking about the N.A. leg since the Toronto shows were nights 1 and 2 on that leg
unless you're looking at the WorldWide06 tour schedule differently, in which case please elaborate,...
