"congratulations you just got dumber"
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

You are correct, sir.
I can barely even watch TV. The "news" and "politcs-related shows" are dispicable, highly unprofessional, tabloid nonsense and all slanted to one side or another. It's been at least two decades since I could bear to watch any channel for more than a few minutes. It's vomit-inducing. Nothing but tabloid, immature, brainwashing, teenage-mentality bullshit. Who's fucking who.......Who's a fag.....who's not a fag....ah, pure childish and ignorant bullshit.
Well, except for hockey. Still watch my New York Rangers.:D
As for regular TV. If there's a show that interests me, I struggle through one TV telecast and if I like it, I wait for the price on the season DVD set, to drop to $20.00 dollars (which usually takes a good two years after that season is completed). Then I buy it and watch the whole season at my leisure ...... Commercial-Free!!!!
Otherwise, screw it.
PBS, Animal Planet, Discovery Channel and the History Channel (although even the History Channel has become a crapshoot as they often spit out pure bullshit). And Hockey:D
only TWO channels i watch on any consistent basis, minus CNN for on the spot news updates.
1. CNBC -- can make you money, but usualy just entertaining to watch them laugh at the market during the day.
2. VH1 Classics -- if its not market hours, its ALWAYS this.
