Yep, they reported it! FAIR AND BALANCED

No shit, huh?

:D:D

I don't care WHAT it was, non-scientific poll, power-rankings, whatever the fuck.

Fox just reported Ron Paul beating Giuliani in a state he is not supposed to be doing well in! A VERY important state!

:D:D:D

  • In about six months, during one of these poll reports, Hannity's face is going to turn a deep shade of crimson red, and his head is going to explode right after he thoroughly shits himself.

They always say go out on a high note...that will be his. :p

who was number 1 though? heheheh

    it will be interesting...

i find it kinda amazing the a lot here have switch to the rep party to vote for ron paul. i agree with him for the most part on everything but the war.

my question is - what if he does win it? he will have to pick a fellow rep to run with. what if it's huckabee?

no shit, it would be a great ticket for the reps..all bases covered.

but what about those who hate all of his positions?

would you still vote for RP if huckabee gets the nod?

I would. Paul could simply make the VPs role more of an ineffective, figurehead role like it was with Quayle and Gore.

The reason we have a powerful VP now is because someone needed to be close to the puppet to pull his strings.

I suspect Paul will pull a lesser known political figure as his VP, or maybe even go outside the realm of politics all togeather and get someone with other qualities as his VP ... maybe Lew Rockwell? Or maybe he does go Kucinich, allthough he eschewed that notion on PBS, where he did acknowledge that Kucinich was mostly antithetical to his views.

    Who knows.
Given his resolve, i just don't see it being ANY one who has significant disagreement with him over policy.
    Translation: not Huckabee.

i do agree with you - do you think RP would take the vp spot under huckabee?

    No.
I think he would probably stay in congress, knowing that the position pulls more real weight than VP.

That being said, why would Huckabee even offer Paul the slot? None of those candidates would.

Only one i've heard is, according to one news report, Kucinich wants Paul, but that story died quick.

    ;)

You need help....I would vote for him with Huckabee for the nomination then I'd vote for Kucinich.

the only reason i can think of - they know a lot of dems switched their party - also, if RP is a close second, that would be hard to ignore

  • What does that link prove, other than the misguided also support him?

The pimps and hos of this country are also supporters, is Ron Paul a pimp or a prostitute now as well?

I mean, he IS a pimp, but come on.

Every single one of those articles stems from a piece in a 1996 newsletter than Ron Paul claims was written by a disaffected staffer, and NOT by himself.

So, we're going on one contentious quote?

I mean, if he was such an unabashed racist, why wouldn't he speak more about it or do something about it.

And what are you implying any way?
Ron Paul want's to overturn the 13th, 14th, and 15th ammendments?

    give it up, troll.

  • Those who are blind do not see.

Ron Paul is the vision for the future.

Nay sayers WILL see the light, it's inevitable.
