I dunno.
But i just read that full article (the one i posted) and they claim that it is a totaly seperate entity with no cross-default liability.

I guess they mean to say that Carlyle Group ain't goin anywhere anytime soon, but we'll see.
Usualy business failure impacts the principles involved in the loss, regardless of the entity name.

Of course, we're talking about the elite here, so who knows for sure.

I think just the hedge fund is closing. Or could close, if their lenders call in their assets... Either way, if this is a sign of things to come, we could be in a heap of shit.
