Ok ok.
i'm taking this down due to inability to confirm at all, and with a Tehranian newspaper as the only source.
But i still feel kinda oogie about it.

notice the source... Tehran (Iran) Times. That is nothing more than a cheap propaganda job.

There's bullshit... and then there's bullshit.

That's kinda what I thought too. While I wouldn't doubt for one second that this has happened, I don't believe for one second that a high-up source ever disclosed such happenings to anyone, especially the Tehran Times.

Yeah. I know the Iranians are an evil evil people. Our government tells us so everyday. Not to be trusted farther than their dead bodies can be flung.

I don't even know WHO to believe anymore. At this point i'm skeptical of being skeptical!

that's got to be one of the smartest things i've heard here in a long time. i wish i would've bookmarked the website saying the canadian government was responsable for 9/11. the evidence they presented was compelling. as is every other conspiracy theory groups evidence.
you have to take all the evidence and follow logical progression. then make your own decision. if it isn't logical; it isn't true.

except sometimes what seemingly defies logic IS logic on some level.

    how do you reconcile this:

i'm not sure about it, but it seems better than NO explanation at all. Particularly for something like Moussad agents jumping up and down all over new york and placing phone calls to 911 reporting "palesinians" celebrating the towers demise ...

summary of premise: many of the seemingly illogical "coincidences" of 911 were done in order to decieve the public in to DISBELIEVING it's own intuitions ... in other words ... present the audience with such subtle clues as to the reality and TOTALITY of what is going on that the general public has NO CHOICE but to disbelieve it ...

along with that reasoning, there is the "all the conspirators are now bonded in to one mega-conspiracy" rational and the "if we show enough of the truth to get the truth seekers in government on our tail, we can uncover who the truth seekers are and get rid of them" ...

most of these rational seem illogical ... but ?

    Sadly,
in 2005 this was swept SO FAR UNDER THE RUG that only Prison Planet, revel8n.blogspot.com, and indymedia.org still even have this article posted.

SO ... Which one of the fucking brainwashed dunces is going to stand up today and tell me that this is the PRICE WE MUST PAY FOR FREEDOM !?!

"original" article (actual Tehran Times article 404 Not Found)

TEHRAN (MNA) – About 304 recalcitrant U.S. soldiers have been killed by the Pentagon’s special team, intelligence sources in Iraq have revealed.

The sources quoted high-ranking U.S. officers as saying that since the U.S. occupation of Iraq in March 2003 more than 304 U.S. military forces have been executed in spurious clashes at the behest of army commanders and with the knowledge of the Pentagon.

The bodies of these soldiers have been sent to their families and announced as forces who have been killed in the fight against terrorists, the Mehr News Agency correspondent in southern Iran has learnt.

The soldiers ordered killed were mainly among those who suffered mental disorders and protested against the massacre of Iraqi civilians and asked “Who were they fighting for”.

Reports say the number of soldiers who have injured or maimed themselves to flee from the scene of war in Iraq are on the rise, and new revelations show that this number has exceeded to 2,100 over the past two years.

The U.S. Army medical dispensary announced four months ago that more than 6,000 soldiers serving in Iraq suffer from severe mental problems. The reports have also revealed that some of these soldiers tend to kill innocent Iraqi civilians without any particular reason in order to reduce their mental pains.

    end "original" article

You know, if all you guys ever believe is your own government and media, then you will forever be in the dark. I'm scepitcal about this, but I'm not gonna sweep it under the rug either.

I agree with the doubters on this one. I cannot imagine soldiers carrying out orders to murder fellow soldiers. These guys see each other as brothers.
If anything... I can see them shooting the idiot officer who gave the order.

you know, if you can find me three credible, independent sources to verify this I might believe it.

If there's one thing the military can't do, it's keep a secret. If this had really happened, there is no way in hell it wouldn't have already leaked to the "real" media, been verified and won somebody the Pulitzer.

Can't find 'em. But at least I looked. As with everything! I check for corroboration. I noticed most people on here either believe or disbelieve based on their intuition and make absolutely zero efforts to corroborate their beliefs. Makes for shitty debate if you ask me.

what if I told you the toothfairy left me a dollar under my pillow last night? would you need to check the sources first? probably not

There would be no way to validate the claim, so I would probably ignore it. Of course I can draw circumstantial evidence from various other situations where its varifiably the parents that leave the money in place of the tooth. But I would guess by making this claim you are a child yourself. But, no, only circumstantial evidence exists to support your claim and I would just ignore it as being insufficient.

    ...
Plus... the Terhan Times... come on.
This is why I laugh at those people who continually blame the News Medias over here about printing 'Bad News'. Like a Government Controlled media is the solution. Imagine the news reports we would get over here is our government was the only source available.

Of course there's a way to verify it. Bring me the head of the tooth fairy, and her wand, too. Then we can run DNA tests on the corpse. :D

see, that one's easy to debunk, especially since we know it isn't true

i'm with you most of the way. the fact still remains that it happened right before thousands of peoples eyes. if it were explosives people wouldn't have survived in the center column stairwell. explosives would have to be placed there to dislodge the floors from the center support. otherwise it would look like a christmass tree when it fell.
people believe what they want to hear. that's the bottom line.

i agree and this is why i dont like these private mercenary groups like blackwater (who also started a private intelligence company)...i couldn't see any bad martial law type thing happening b/c i always thought us troops wouldn't do that, at least not enough, towards other americans and i never believed in the un troop conspiracy....

but these ppld don't care...they do it for the paycheck (and some are probably violent/aggressive type ppl...)
