Rothschild: Carbon Credits "could establish a new world order"!

You'll love this shit.
Simon Linnett is the Executive Vice-Chairman of Rothschild.
We all know Rothschild is the family that lurks in the shadows,
owns the Bank of England, portions of the Federal Reserve, and much\most of the worlds gold.

Now they are after the air that you breathe. Or at least, exhale.
That's right. Rothschild wants to turn air into GOLD!
WTF !?!

Here are some "great" quotes, straight from the horse's mouth:
A key implication of creating a legal yet global system of trading, is the loss of sovereignty it implies.
Similarly, if the scheme were to expand geographically to include India, China and, ultimately, the US, so too could the prospect be realised of such allowances becoming the reserve currency of the world, taking over that role held for most of the 20th century by gold.
So emissions trading could establish a new world order for a sustainable planet.

AND JUST REMEMBER,
WHILE THE BANKERS OF THE WORLD ARE BUSY TURNING YOUR ATMOSPHERE IN TO THE "WORLDS RESERVE CURRENCY", MAKING UNTOLD FORTUNES ON IT ... THIS IS ALL IT WILL MEAN TO YOU:
If emissions trading could expand into different areas of economic activity, so too could its message. When an individual receives an electricity bill, they will come to know what the cost of turning on the gas or a light was to the environment.

Yup.
THEY GET TO TURN AIR IN TO GOLD.
YOU GET A BIG FAT BILL!

Just think about it, folks.
Thats all i'm saying.
Regardless of the fact that you have been raised all hippy-dippy (hey, i'm about to start raising rare breed pigs, here) ... just think about THE MOTIVES behind this.

What did you just read?
WHAT DID HE JUST SAY !?!
If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?

  • People have joked about it for centuries....but here it is.

They are going to tax the very air we breathe, and get rich from it.

Don't count on the tax breaks. This river flows upstream...
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

I just can't believe the balls of the author.

It wasn't good enough just to say it could bring about a "new world order", or to imply that it could become "the world's reserve currency", either one of which would be earth shattering admissions.

    No.
He goes ALL THE WAY, says BOTH, and then ADDS, "YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SOVERIGNTY" [paraphrase].

    I mean.
    Holy mother of god.

Do people not realize the stakes of this game?

    This is NUTS!

  • That it is...

Less and less is left to the imagination at every turn it seems.

We are all heading towards losing our sovereignty no matter what happens. It's just what's happening. It's up to us to empower ourselves so that all that takes place is in our best interests. Rather than continuing to leave our fate up to others.

  • I know its been a heavy news day and all -- probably the most posts i've seen on AMT in a long while in 24 hrs -- but i referenced this article elsewhere tonight, and it made me think.

Does anyone here consider shit like this when thinking about Obama, and the possible reality of his (imho) bullshit carbon credit and tax policies?

I mean, come the fuck on,
we have a high level representative of Rothschild Corp. proper (the same assholes that own half the banks that gave Obama his campaign money) saying in respected news media print that they seek to institutionalize carbon credits as a possible "world reserve currency" to supplant gold!

Then mentions that it can bring about "a new world order", and further expounds on just exactly how the plot must unfold, to encompass the preeminent and emerging superpowers in the east first, and then FINALLY to swallow and ensnare the United States itself ...

pulling the world in to a global financial order, backed by the very air you breathe, and traded for trillions on wall street.

    ???
and "the left" thinks it is a beautiful and necessary idea that will save the world.
    ???

  • How are actual quotes "fearmongering"?
Quotes, out of context, are the best lies there are.
What was the context in which this person stated those things?

    As for what he said:

A key implication of creating a legal yet global system of trading, is the loss of sovereignty it implies.
Any international organizing that's gonna work and get anything done (which is the point of making them in the first place), involves limiting sovereignty in the sense that states must commit to follow the rules and treaties they sign. As such it is a loss of sovereignty, but far from a bad thing by default.
Similarly, if the scheme were to expand geographically to include India, China and, ultimately, the US, so too could the prospect be realised of such allowances becoming the reserve currency of the world, taking over that role held for most of the 20th century by gold.
A currency must be backed by something. Conceivably also in carbon credits or something in that vein. A "currency" which has as a foundation that it keeps emissions on a stable level doesn't sound like that bad an idea to me. In either case, this sounds more like semi-idle speculation from an economist than a contrived scheme. Again, context.
So emissions trading could establish a new world order for a sustainable planet.
A new world order in emissions policies does not equal THE NEW WORLD ORDER of conspiracy theorists. There is always a world order of sorts within many parts of society, politically, economically, socially etc. World order doesn't have to carry any more meaning than rules/norms that are more or less observed globally within certain fields, often legal in nature.

So, 1. what was the context in which this gentleman said these things?, and 2. is it such damning evidence of the larger conspiracy? (I'm opting for "No" on number 2)

    Peace

They're not, because the greedy capitalists are also socialists involved in diabolical schemes. Get with it! :)

    If you were super rich,
wouldn't you want the people of the land to subsidize and socialize the costs of doing business if you failed,

and wouldn't you want to keep the profits when you succeeded?

And wouldn't you absolutely revel in the centralized planning powers granted you and your representatives in a socialist centrally planned economy?

    Yeah.
You'd have to be crazy to think that makes sense.

    ??? ???

Real material interest of the richest is as little taxation as possible. When money rules, the richest rules. That they would also support the very apparatus that could easily be turned against them on the basis of mere ideology, is more of a stretch. That does not mean that there aren't rich folks that are left-leaning. I just find it highly unlikely that they all, or enough of them that it doesnt matter, are left-leaning conspirators at heart.

But enough of that. What was the context, and why/how did this man speak for "them" all?

    Peace
