this is so fucked up... a student get tasored for supposedly not showing his id! fucking hell how can the law allow this? this guy didnt throw a punch or anything... this is fucking horrific!

    Of course. It is ironic -- the only reason this is a big deal to those people is because it's such an anachronism. Kind of disproves the stupid cracks.

    However, this is a pretty insane situation. The officers in question here need to be removed from their positions, and those in charge at UCLA should really take a look at their own consciences, considering how vocal their administration has been about issues like the aforementioned Patriot Act.

    umm...wow...

    I have to wonder, how easily can one "stand up" after being shot with a taser...? I thought the whole point of a taser is to incapacitate somebody...

    am I wrong...?
