Since nobody choose to comment on IL (D) Senator Dick Durbin asking for a commutation of the sentence of former Gov (R) George Ryan who was convicted due to his corruption, I felt it worth mentioning that our current Gov Blagojevich was arrested today by the FBI. One of the things that they are looking at was whether or not he was trying to sell the Senate seat that was occasionally occupied by Barack Obama.
