So why is Palin's lack of experience a big deal but Obama's isn't? Why is change ok when we are talking about Obama, but not Palin? I find it funny that some from Obama's camp are questioning her lack of experience.
At least now this can be put to rest, and hopefully the real issues can be discussed.

“As for that V.P. talk all the time, I’ll tell you, I still can’t answer that question until somebody answers for me what is it exactly that the V.P. does every day?

Said this again and again, but okay.
My problem is not at all with Palin's lack of experience. I'm not the one saying she is incapable of being president. If you judge McCain by how he has labeled Obama, he is the one saying she is unfit to lead. Obama ran on the notion that he is outside the Washington sphere of influence, that he would have a fresh approach, etc. McCain has said that Obama has so little Washington experience that electing him president would make us dangerous. Now, Obama can just counter with "McCain must not care too much about experience, since the person he chose to be second in line to the presidency has less experience than I" This will heard McCain more than Obama; no one is under the impression that Obama has this vast wealth of Washington experience, but McCain is. It makes McCain's VP choice look hypocritical, political, and portrays a lack of good judgment. All things you don't want to be thinking about a presidential candidate.
I'm not questioning Palin, I'm questioning how the hell McCain is going to manage to say that Obama is "dangerously inexperienced" when his own VP candidate is even more inexperienced, because if it's nothing else, a VP slot is a decision by the presidential candidate that you could be president. I watched the news pretty frequently yesterday, and probably saw over two dozen different conservative commentators. None of them had an answer for this, and if that continues, McCain's going to be in big trouble.
So you know what the Vice President does?
Yes, be ready to become President of the United States at a moment's notice if required.
If you go by McCain's own measurement of experience and readiness his own VP selection is unfit to lead. McCain has said that Obama would be unfit to lead due to his limited foreign policy and Washington experience. He has now picked a second in command who has zero experience in these matters. Absolutely none. What does that say about McCain?
i have zero issue with her lack of experience, overall. i think the only 'issue' some may've taken is mccain was critical of obama's lack of experience, in his eyes, and then picks a running mate with even less experience, or so it seems. as to change? well palin's change NO way in HELL is the change i would want to see in this country...so it's not just about 'change'...but WHAT change.
as to the last statement....agreed.
Let's just breathe...
