I got four pages in to a images.google.com search of "John McCain" and gave up on finding a picture of him with the sacred pin. Let's just get it out of the way, and you don't like the thought of a black dude with a muslim dad as your President.

I'm for the candidate that had the most monetary donations from our Armed Forces. But that isn't the issue.

Typical Obama nut, you can't defend your guy because you have no idea what he stands for, only that he is good at delivering rhetoric.

The case of RP is interesting because he usually is wearing some kind of pin but it isn't a flag. (Not that i care one way or the other).

Yup. I'm blindly following Barack Obama. Been following him blindly since he was a State Senator. Followed him blindly in the Democratic primary for US Senate in 2004 and then again in the general. I've been following him blindly long before anyone ever heard of him.

I am defending him because I know what he stands for. He doesn't stand for blind patriotism that comes from a metallic pin on his jacket. He's been a real patriot and calling for our troops to come home from a war that never should have been authorized, working to ensure that our soldiers get the armour they deserve, and that our vets are taken care of when they get home.
