Since a vast majority of PJ listeners are anti-Bush (who isn't) most seem to want to vote Democrat because the thought of 'change' is appealing. Change is going to happen regardless.
Now there are quite a few here who think the answer is Obama, our do-nothing Senator from Illinois. I want to remind those of you who actually have jobs and pay taxes to remember that the following people are going to be the ones rejoicing an Obama victory, God forbid it should happen.

Racists such as Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackass and Louis Farrakhan (where are they demanding that justice be swift and relentless to the killers of that UNC girl? Oh wait she is white.)
Remember while Iraq sucks, and is a complete screw-up, he isn't going to do anything. The House has had 43 chances to end this war and they keep approving spending packages.
Do you want your money going to people who shoot at rescue helicopters as they did in NOLA? People who refuse to work? People who think they are owed something instead of trying to better themselves while obeying our laws? Racists? The label is so easily thrown by these "Reverends", yet they are the most guilty of it.
Democrats are for nothing more than the redistribution of wealth. I'm educated. I made a name for myself with hard work and keeping my nose clean. Why should my taxes pay for those who refuse to hold a JOB?
Hey if he does win maybe we can get 'I'm proud of my country for the first time in my adult life' Michelle, to do one of her "You the Man!" dances again.
Hillary is not the answer. McCain is not the answer. Obama is not the answer. What this country needs is a third party to have some power, Nader is not the answer either.

Yes I pay taxes, and I agree that our welfare system needs work, but you seem to be classifying everyone on welfare as a leech. I'm not against giving people a helping hand to those who truly need it.
When you talk about giving our money away to "people who shoot at rescue helicopters", Michele Obama's out of context line that got so much airtime from the right, and keep bringing up idiotic black "leaders" like somehow they are going to get top priority with a black president, you sound every bit like an average Sean Hannity show.

The house has had 43 chances to end this war? You mean by voting not to fund it? Anyone who votes not to fund our troops is immediately labeled as hating our military. The answer doesn't lie in cutting funding and letting more Americans die. We should have some sort of strategic pull out plan. Maybe like pulling one batallion a month until they're all home. I think someone has a plan like that...
